The Sunnyside Roof Rejuvenate Coloring Contest (“Contest”) is sponsored by Sunnyside Roof Rejuvenate (“Sponsor”).

2. ELIGIBILITY
Open only to legal residents of Florida who are 13 years of age or younger at the time of entry. All entries must be submitted by a parent or legal guardian who is at least 18 years old. Employees, contractors, and agents of Sponsor, as well as their immediate family members and household members, are not eligible.

3. CONTEST PERIOD
The Contest begins on November 1, 2025, and ends at 11:59 PM EST on January 16, 2026. Entries received after this date will not be accepted.

4. HOW TO ENTER
Parents or guardians may enter by completing the coloring sheet provided, scanning the QR code to access the online entry form, and submitting the required information, including a photo of the completed sheet.

The entry form requires:

• Parent or guardian full name

• Email address

• Phone number

• Mailing address

• Child's first name

• Child's age

• Uploaded photo of the completed coloring sheet

Limit one entry per child.

5. PRIZE
One (1) winner will receive a $100 Target Gift Card. The prize is non transferable, non refundable, and may not be exchanged for cash. Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

6. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION
Entries will be judged based on:

• Creativity (40%)

• Effort (30%)

• Overall presentation (30%)

The winner will be notified by email on or before January 15, 2026. If the winner does not respond within seven (7) days, another winner may be selected.

7. CONSENT AND PUBLICITY RELEASE
By entering, the parent or guardian grants Sponsor permission to use the child’s first name, age, and artwork for marketing, social media, and promotional purposes. The parent or guardian also agrees to receive email or text communications from Sponsor and may unsubscribe at any time.

8. PRIVACY
Personal information collected is governed by Sponsor’s Privacy Policy at https://roofrejuvenatestpete.com/privacy-policy. Data is used solely for contest administration and marketing. Sponsor does not sell or share personal information.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
By participating, entrants release and hold harmless Sponsor, its affiliates, and employees from any liability, loss, or damage arising out of participation or prize acceptance. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, or misdirected entries.

10. GENERAL CONDITIONS
Sponsor may disqualify entries that violate these rules or appear fraudulent. Sponsor reserves the right to modify or terminate the Contest due to unforeseen technical or other issues. Sponsor’s decisions are final in all matters.

11. GOVERNING LAW
These rules and the Contest are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes will be resolved in Florida courts.
